America, or Dystopia?

America, or Dystopia?

As a pretty much life-long republican, I have always believed in a vigorous opposition party.
I’ve had some fundamental policy differences with democrats like Roosevelt, Truman, LBJ and Bill Clinton, such as Keynesian vs Friedman economics, stance on social programs and conservatism vs liberalism, etc.  But I have voted for several democrats in the past, - for LBJ vs Goldwater in the 1964 presidential election, for Ann Richards vs Clayton Williams in the 1990 Texas governor election and in several other individual cases.  I have mostly respected democrats as worthy opponents, and did not have any sort of undue hatred for them.

Democrat Speakers of the House, such as Sam Rayburn, Tip O’Neill, Jim Wright and Tom Foley were obviously partisan, but they were respectable leaders of their party.

This current 2020 democrat party is unrecognizable in their abject, blind hatred of the incumbent president, and in their undisguised hypocrisy.  Figures like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her San Francisco senate associate, Dianne Feinstein, are truly odious and despicable, self-aggrandizing people. Others of this same ilk are AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Maizie Hirono and many other democrats of both houses of congress.  Their sole and over-riding purpose seems not to be to represent their constituents, but to spread their hatred of President Trump, and to force him out of office by any means possible, fair or foul.

These ruthless operatives and the rest of the democrats, aided by over 90% of the biased mainstream media, have twisted all of the ills afflicting our society onto President Trump.  Corona virus? – Trump’s fault.  Shutdown and lockdowns? – Trumps fault.  Racism? – Trump’s fault.  Economic downturn? – Trump’s fault.  Unemployment? – Trump’s fault.  George Floyd’s death, - Trump’s fault.  Rioting in the streets? – Trump’s fault.  Cultural revolution? – Trump’s fault.  Cancel culture? – Trump’s fault.  The litany is unending, and repeated so often by the unscrupulously dishonest media mob, that the public believe it more and more, and they too, blame Trump for everything wrong in America.

But before the corona virus economic shutdown, when we had the best economy, lowest unemployment, highest stock market in years, was it to Trump’s credit? – Nah, it was the continuation of the Obama 2% economy.  Bloody dishonest hypocrites!

In spite of all the forces massed against him, Trump’s policies after Obama created a record economy that lifted up all segments of the population. The government insiders, the administrative state, hated him and his management style, which was that of a businessman, and not of a politician.  He got virtually no credit from the mainstream media, and much of the country, propagandized by this mainstream media, -  for record aspects of the economy and other accomplishments, judges, judicial reform, tightening our borders, taking China and the EU to task on trade, and the EU on NATO contributions.  The list goes on and on.

Then China sends us the killer corona virus.  We shut the country down for over three months.  The economy tanks. We see depression type GDP and unemployment numbers.  One killing of a Black American by a cop sets off over a month of first legal protests, which are quickly hijacked by avowed Marxist mobs, and which are still going on.  The leftists and the mainstream press blame Trump, and a lot of the country believe them and back the Marxists fomenting a cultural revolution and revolt.  Statues are torn down, monuments defaced and long-standing icons of our culture and heritage cancelled, or worse.  The democrat regimes of our major cities blame and defund the police, refuse to arrest law-breakers, or play “catch and release” with the criminals destroying our cities.  The corona virus continues to kill Americans.  We are literally living in a in a dystopian nightmare.

Can President Trump, (or anyone) turn it around?  Joe Biden sits in his basement, and the few times he ventures to speak, he literally cannot put two sentences together.  His descent into senility is truly sad.  The latest gaffe, - “120 million Americans dead from Covid”.

And Trump’s polling numbers, even allowing for the bias and suppression in national presidential polls, are trailing a mostly dormant Biden.  Carl Rove’s white board says “not to worry”, but some of the polls show a double-digit difference.

Trump keeps saying “I did it once, I’ll do it again”, with typical “Trumpian” braggadocio, and he very well might “do it again”, in the four months leading to the early November elections.  Remember, four months ago, in February, we were at the height of the pre-Covid economy.

Of course, the downers here are the virus that won’t quit, and the Marxists in our streets, destroying our history and heritage and culture, that also don’t want to quit.  If Trump brings the country back to some modicum of normalcy, and manages to win re-election, it will be nothing short of a miracle, and will establish Trump’s legacy forever.  Of course, he needs both houses of congress with him, or it will all for naught, and a continuation of the AOC/Nancy Pelosi disaster.

We can only hope and pray for a vaccine to end the pandemic, and for a return to law and order, to stop the mob violence, and finally, for four more years of “Americana”, rather than a Venezuela type dystopia.

The Virus Marches On

The Virus Marches On

I have been tracking the corona virus numbers in the U.S., the world and several localities where my loved ones live.  One thing about this virus stands out.  It marches on, inexorably, no matter what humanity does to mitigate it. The virus will continue to spread until an effective vaccine is developed and used universally.

This is not to say that closing down human interactions, imposing distancing, sanitation and hygiene doesn’t help to reduce the numbers, but this silent killer is always there and comes back with a vengeance when restrictions are relaxed.  Efforts at mitigation show a generally downward trend, but statistically, the deaths per capita are all over the lot.

The number of deaths from the virus, per one million population, for countries that locked down, range from over 800 for Belgium, in the 600 range for Spain, Italy and the UK, to 387 for the U.S. and a low 108 for Germany.  An aberration in the numbers is South Korea at 248, who did not lock down, but who took other very stringent mitigation steps.

Sweden did not lock down, and relied on attaining herd immunity.  It was evident back in April that their numbers were trending higher than their neighbors, and now, not only are Sweden’s numbers high, they are experiencing a spike in cases and deaths.  Sweden’s current deaths per million are 523.  Their neighbors, with very similar demographics, who locked down, are Norway at 46, Finland at 59, and Denmark at 104. Obviously, Sweden’s “scientific” experiment with herd immunity resulted in many more deaths than their neighbors.

In the U.S., cases, but not particularly deaths, are spiking in the southern tier states, particularly Florida, Texas, Arizona, California.  The northern tier states had truly major pandemics in the past months, but now seem to have “flattened their curves” for the moment, and are imposing 14-day quarantines on travelers from the South.  (A little quid pro quo here from the reverse a while back.)

As with so many other things, the virus pandemic has become political.  Virus cases are increasing as the country is slowly opening, and this increase is blamed on whom? - Why President Trump, of course.  And the virus apparently has a mind of its own.  It doesn’t infect the millions protesting and rioting in the streets, but it selectively infects church attendance and pro-Trump rallies.  Apologies for the cynicism, but one just cannot avoid the rank hypocrisy of the leftists and their media allies.

American Falsehoods

American Falsehoods

I have been researching, to the best of my ability, and knowing what I have learned about the veracity of various research sources, several narratives that seem to have taken on the mantle of truth, simply because they have been repeated enough times by the preponderance of our 90%+ anti-Trump mainstream media, and also edited into several ubiquitous reference sources.

Over the past several weeks, I have blogged lengthy, detailed analyses of what is happening in our society, and put these out there on social media in the event anyone wants to reference facts, rather than be guided by the emotionalism of the popular media.

The First of these glaring untruths is That “Black Lives Matter” and “Antifa” are respectable civil rights organizations fighting for the rights of oppressed Black Americans, and against violent white supremacists.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

A deep dive into the origins and goals of these groups shows that BLM is a neo-Marxist offshoot of the violent Black Liberation Army, Black Panthers and Weather Underground groups of the 1960’s and 70’s.  Antifa in the U.S. is an outgrowth of the communist based German ‘antifaschistisch’ of the 1930’s.  I posted bios of the founders of BLM, and details about the groups core beliefs, financing and rationale several days ago.

Both groups promulgate violent overthrow of conventional capitalistic governments, but this root goal has been pasted over in the popular narrative, by the groups themselves, and by the supportive mainstream media.  To the consternation of reality, these groups are represented as peaceful, First Amendment, civil rights groups, and they are accepted as such by the preponderance of the American public.

Another recent event that has been represented as completely anti-Trump and almost fascistic, is the removal from Lafayette Square in DC on June 1, of the mob that set fire to St John’s Episcopal Church the previous evening.

The narrative of the preponderance of the 90%+ anti-Trump mainstream media is that “Brutal military police and troops used tear gas, flash grenades and rubber bullets to attack a ‘peaceful’ protest in Lafayette Square, so that Trump could hold a photo op.”  This story not only appeared in the normal anti-Trump media outlets it also was edited into ostensibly unbiased Wikipedia in this distorted form. (It can be changed in Wikipedia, but the current entry is so voluminous, that it reads like a fictional novel of events at Lafayette Square).

The official account by the National Park Service, under whose auspices the removal action took place, had a completely different account.  They reported the violent nature of the mob, who had stockpiled baseball bats and other weapons in the park, refused to disperse after several warnings and threw bricks and bottled liquids at the police.  The Park Service also officially reported that smoke and pepper balls were used, but not tear gas, flash grenades or rubber bullets, as reported by the media.  The NPS official report was neglected in the narratives fed by much of the media to a gullible public and posted on Wikipedia.

While the police were obviously overzealous at times, and created an incident with a couple of Australian news-people, the whole event was turned into a massive anti-Trump affair by the biased media.

In the meantime, in an appalling show of pandering, hypocrisy and ignorance, house democrats, led by Nancy Pelosi, donned African Kente cloth stoles and knelt at Emancipation Hall at the U.S. capitol.  The only problem is, that this particular type of Kente cloth is associated with Ghanaian slave traders in Africa.  How’s that for stupidity and insufficient research?  Almost as bad as BLM rioters defacing a statue of Stevie Ray Vaughn, in Austin

There are numerous events that are mis-reported, distorted and falsified to make Trump look bad.  Admittedly, he does enough on his own, with his tweets and extemporaneous comments.

Perhaps the greatest leftist-inspired false narrative is that Trump is a RACIST!  The one crystalizing event that comes to mind is the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia in August, 2017.  In his initial statement on the rally, Trump "condemned hatred, bigotry, and violence on many sides". While Trump condemned both neo-Nazis and white nationalists, his first statement and subsequent defenses of it, in which he also referred to "very fine people on both sides", were seen by critics as implying moral equivalence between the white supremacist marchers and those who protested against them. His ever-present detractors broadcast that his remarks were sympathetic to white supremacists.

Of course, Trump’s full remarks were swept away in the leftist, hate-Trump narrative.  The “fine people” that trump referred to were people who were trying to save the statue of Robert E. Lee in Charlottesville, which was part of American history, from being defaced and torn down.  He did not refer to the white supremacists as “fine people”.  The whole event was made a symbol of Trump’s “RACISM!”, by his leftist enemies, particularly after violence broke out and a young woman was killed, and others were injured, by a deranged driver.

There are many such events that are reported out of context or distorted by the biased, anti-Trump or anti-American elements in our society.  Unfortunately, these distortions and falsehoods find themselves into not only our mainstream media, but also into what should be unbiased and balanced reference sources, such as Google or Wikipedia.

There are alternate reference sources, but these are not entirely satisfactory.  When researching controversial material that has been massaged by the left and pretty much accepted as truth by much of the world, one almost feels as part of some contrarian “fringe”, and must take really conscious pains to avoid the “kooks” and conspiracy theorists that push other alternate versions of the truth.

What’s really disturbing about the three examples discussed here, is how these three distortions have been accepted as truth by the American public.

BLM and Antifa are not respectable civil rights organizations, they are neo-Marxist groups whose goals are to destroy our society by violence.

The authorities did not use brutal force against a “peaceful” First Amendment protest in Lafayette Park.  The used measured force against violent protesters that had set fire to a church.

President Trump is not a RACIST!  He has done more to help Black Americans economically, legally and from an employment standpoint, than any previous president, including Obama.

One falsehood perpetrated on all of us Americans by the corrosive identity politics of the left, is that our country is systemically racist and must atone for the sins of our forefathers 2-300 years ago.  Nonsense.  We are all equal under the law.  A Republican president freed the slaves, upwards of 400,000 white Union soldiers died in the Civil War to uphold this emancipation, and republican presidents and legislators have been working ever since, to pass and uphold civil rights laws to ensure racial equality.  Unfortunately, there is still some bigotry (both ways), in the country, but this is dissipating with time.

Another falsehood is that the police are racist and brutal, and shoot unarmed Black Americans out of proportion to the rest of society.  This is also nonsense, and there are statistics to prove so, but emotion, rather than reason, has overtaken much of the country, based again on the irrational rhetoric of leftist identity politics, as manipulated very expertly recently by BLM and Antifa.

It is really difficult to obtain truthful accounts of what is happening in modern America, when once impeccable sources of the news, like the New York Times, Washington Post, and other once reliable publications, are so obviously biased toward the left, that they could be considered satirical, if the situation weren’t so sad.  The same goes for broadcast TV and much of cable TV.

What saves our bacon, if we won’t accept the left-wing “paint-over” jobs, are publications like the Wall Street Journal, National Review, the Fox TV outlets, talk radio, and some others.  Now these are right oriented, and some are hard right, so some common sense caution is called for.

I lean toward the right, so perhaps I can’t be 100% fair about this, but if I watch CNN, I get about 80-90% left-slanted news, and 10-20% straight news.  For Fox News, these are reversed.  Now I’m not talking about Tucker Carlson or Hannity or Laura Ingraham.  Clearly, these are conservative commentators.  But even they give good doses of straight news.  The “Morning Joes”, Rachel Maddows, Don Lemons, Chris Cuomos, Chuck Todds of the left-wing media never seem to report straight news.

Black Lives Matter Co-Founders

Black Lives Matter Co-Founders

The three women who take credit for starting Black Lives Matter openly state that this movement is about ‘reviving Black Liberation Theology’. We also examined how Black Lives Matter has inserted their own platform of elevating illegal aliens, black women and in particular gay and transgender blacks.
The founders of a hashtag that set a country on fire are Alicia Garza, Opal Tometi, and Patrisse Cullors. But who are these women and what do they stand for?

Three Co-Founders of Black Lives Matter movement, Opal Tometi (Left) Alicia Garza (Center) and Patrisse Cullors (Right).

These three women who founded Black Lives Matter are not your average Americans.
All of them are radicals of varying degrees, all three share a Marxist ideology and all three appear to be taking their hashtag and their activism to the bank.

About Alicia Garza

Alicia Garza was born in 1981 and currently resides in Oakland, California and has described herself as a ‘queer Social Justice activist’ and an editorial writer. One of her heroes is Assata Shakur. Garza lauds Shakur’s contributions to the ‘Black Liberation Movement’.
For those unfamiliar with that name, Shakur is a Marxist revolutionary, a member of the Black Liberation Army, and a former Black Panther. In 1972, Shakur and an associate shot and killed a New Jersey State Trooper and injured another. In 1977, Shakur was convicted of seven felonies, including the murder of the State Trooper. In 1979, Shakur escaped prison and fled to Cuba in 1984, where she sought political asylum. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie called for her extradition earlier in 2016.

Garza’s view is that Black Lives Matter is about reviving the Black Liberation Movement and subsequent theology. Garza sees Black Lives Matter as a vehicle for the promotion of “Black queer and trans folks”. Garza’s rationale is that these groups, “bear a unique burden in a hetero-patriarchal society that disposes of us like garbage and simultaneously fetishizes us and profits off of us.”

Speaking of profits, Garza directs the Special Project at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, which is a coalition of, “nannies, housekeepers and care workers”. This organization is a 501(c)3 which has received over $50,000 from George Soros’ Tides Foundation, who has also been a major funding source for Black Lives Matter. The group received $10,000 in 2013 and $40,804 in 2014.

Garza is also noted to be the on the Board for People Organized to Win Employment Rights (POWER), a Board member of the School of Unity and Liberation (SOUL) and she was the Board Chair in 2011 for the Right to the City Alliance (RTCA). All of these organizations are well-funded and appear have over-lapping partnerships, funding sources, and alliances.

About Opal Tometi

Born in 1984 and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Opal Tometi is the daughter of two Nigerian immigrants who are alleged to have entered the United States illegally. She attended the University of Arizona, where she graduated with a BA in history and an MA in communications & advocacy. Tometi now resides in Brooklyn, New York. While her two other co-founding partners are gay, Tometi is straight.

Tometi currently is the Executive Director a Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI), which is a 501(c)3 non-profit based in Oakland, California. Tometi has been involved with BAJI since 2011. Tometi’s bio at BAJI says she is a “Black feminist writer, communications strategist and cultural organizer.”

BAJI is a documented front group for the socialist and Marxist-Leninist group, the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO).

BAJI has received funding from George Soros’ Tides Foundation and from NEO Philanthropy, a Left-leaning group whose mission is, “to increase funding for cutting-edge strategies that advance social change.”

Supplementing her role at BAJI, Tometi is also involved with a network called Black Organizing for Leadership and Dignity (BOLD). This organization primarily teaches black activists how to build a “social justice infrastructure.” and “organize black communities more effectively”.
BOLD appears to be aligned with The Praxis Project, which is a, “a nonprofit movement support intermediary that helps to build power in communities to improve health justice across the United States.” According to 2013 IRS filings, The Praxis Project pulled in $2,175,451 in total revenue with only just over $67,000 of that being from grants.
About Patrisse Cullors

Cullors was born in Los Angeles, California in 1984 describes herself on her website as an “artist, organizer, and freedom fighter” and also a “self-described wife of Harriet Tubman.” She holds a degree in Philosophy and Religion from UCLA and was a Fulbright Scholar. Cullors also says she is a performance artist.

Cullors is also extremely pro-Palestine, signing the “2015 Black Solidarity Statement with Palestine“, which portrayed Palestine as a victim while demonizing any actions taken by Israel and likened the detention of Palestinians to the incarceration of blacks in the United States. Cullors also traveled to Palestine under the Black Lives Matter banner to meeting in ‘solidarity’ with those that Cullors says are ‘under occupation’ by Israel.

Cullors is gay and in an MSNBC documentary recounted a story of leaving her home at the age of sixteen when she came out to her family. Cullors repeats this information on her website as well as a long list of awards, grants, and accomplishments such as being named a “Civil Rights Leader for the 21st Century” by the Los Angeles Times.

Cullors has the distinction of being trained as an activist by Eric Mann of the domestic terrorist group, Weather Underground Organization which bombed a building in Greenwich, NY, the U.S. Capitol building, The U.S. State Department building and the Pentagon during the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. Mann also runs the Labor/ Community Strategies Center.

Sometime in or around 2012, Cullors formed a group called Dignity and Power Now (DPN). Their website states DPN is a “grassroots organization based in Los Angeles that fights for the dignity and power of incarcerated people, their families, and communities.” Cullors has made statements over time that show her main driver is the ‘decriminalization of black lives’.
DPN, like BAJI, is also a front group for the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO). DPN’s website says they are a “Community Partners Project”, which is a 501(c)3 with over $35 million in assets. Community Partners basically acts as a business manager for non-profit organizations and handles donations and grants. It’s an easy and legal way for outfits like DPN to obscure their donation levels from the public.

This has been a basic overview of these women, with key points about who they are and what drives them.

All three of these women work for groups that are fronts for The Freedom Road Socialist Organization, one of the largest radical Left organizations in the country. In fact, it is this organization that likely guides Black Lives Matter as evidenced by inserting itself into the situation in Ferguson.

The Origins and Genesis of the Coup to Overthrow America

The Origins and Genesis of the Coup to Overthrow America

Credit needs to be given to the neo-Marxist, “Black Lives Matter”, “Antifa” and flat-out anarchists, for a strategy, that if not arrested soon, will result in a socialist/communist totalitarian takeover of our country and society, as happened in Venezuela in the late 1990’s.

These groups have been active for a while, and their revolutionary socialist/communist aims can be exposed by research if someone digs deeply enough, which I have done.  These are destructive, revolutionary leftist movements, but they have been represented by their founders and backers as positive and peaceful.  And the names, of course, are innocuous.  Who can say that “black lives don’t matter”, or that they are “for fascism”?

These groups have taken advantage of what has become a perfect storm in America, with several contributing elements, as enumerated below.

First, the groups themselves.  Black Lives Matter operates under the façade of social justice for what they say are oppressed Black Americans being shot in large numbers by brutal, killer police.  (The FBI and other crime statistics completely refute this contention).  Antifa claims to fight white supremacist groups, of which, we’ve hardly seen any at all, lately.  Anarchists have always been around, with the avowed purpose of tearing down society, and they don’t even seem to have a plan to rebuild it like the Marxists do, (in their own image).

Second, the increasing left-wing nature of our secondary and university educational system, that instills socialist principles in our students, highlighting the altruistic portion of socialism and communism, and neglecting to teach about its corrosive nature, that resulted in the deaths of upwards of 120 million people in the twentieth century.  These students are now the millennials and gen-z’s marching in our streets, and supporting BLM and Antifa.

Third, a pathological and almost religious hatred of President Donald J. Trump, and everything he does and stands for, by these groups and their followers in the streets.  They would do anything to get rid of Trump, as they demonstrated while he was still being inaugurated in January, 2017.  This rank and undiluted hatred apparently afflicts over 30% of our population, and is fueled by the 90%+ left-wing media, who fan this hatred of Trump by biased, inaccurate and false reporting.

Fourth, the societal, economic and psychological disruptions caused by the corona virus.  The country was effectively shut down for over three months, with people “sheltering in place”, or effectively “locked down”.  This meant virtually no personal contacts, social distancing imposed, upwards of 30 million people out of work, food lines and dystopia enforced by a killer disease.  For the Marxist revolutionaries, much of the job of weakening the existing civilization was being done for them by Covid-19.

Fifth, a release from what amounted to captivity for millions of people at almost exactly the same time that a Black American was brutally killed in Minneapolis by a white cop.

This one anecdotal occurrence inflamed the tinder-box that our country had become because of the above factors.  The bystander smartphone video of the cop, Derek Chauvin, kneeling on Black American’s George Floyd’s neck, was enough to accuse, fire, indict, convict and execute the cop, or so some said.  And the mob was off!

Much of the country, including the writer, thought that the original protests and demonstrations were completely legal and covered by the First Amendment Right of Free Speech.  The protesters were demonstrating against George Floyd’s brutal death, and the perception that it represented something more endemic and fundamental against Black Americans.

It soon became apparent that violent elements had infiltrated these originally “peaceful” groups, and violence and looting erupted on the streets of our cities.  Unfortunately, even this violence and looting and arson were represented by the leftist politicians and media as appropriate responses to what was termed “systemic racism”.

Let’s analyze, in retrospect, what actually happened here.

With all of the impetus that had built up, (see the above five points), the neo-Marxist “Black Lives Matter”, the originally communist inspired “Antifa”, and several loosely organized anarchist groups saw that the time was right, and they took their advantage.  Their cover was George Floyd’s death and the anger it inspired in our population, just released from their sheep-pens, and our own First Amendment.

They started their goal of “imposing socialism” on our country, and by that, I mean the standard Marxist goal of tearing a society down, and then building it back up in the Marxist image.  I’m sure that they tried to proselytize some of the “peaceful” protesters, and probably had some success.  After all, many of these “peaceful protesters” had received heavy doses of Marxism from leftist educators in their scholastic courses.

George Floyd was killed on May 25, nearly  a month ago, and it has to be evident to anyone with a discerning and fair mind, that what is now happening in this country has nothing to do with George Floyd’s death, police brutality, systemic racism, or any kind of social justice, unless it’s the kind that overthrows our society and culture, and brings the Neo-Marxists to power.

The neo-Marxist mob, somehow still cloaked in the mantle of an acceptable protest group by local left-wing city democrats and the fawning media, has now attacked nearly all of the manifestations and symbols of our culture and heritage.

It began by defacing or destroying statues of confederate and southern historical figures.  This soon spread to all iconic symbols of our history and culture.  Statues and monuments related to Columbus, Washington, Jefferson, Jackson, Lincoln, Grant, and others have been attacked by the Jacobin mobs.  They even defaced a statue of Stevie Ray Vaughn in Austin Texas.  Its lucky that they don’t have guillotines, buts let’s not give them any ideas.

This revision of our history and culture did not stop with statues and monuments.  Long-standing TV series, and even children’s animated programs were sacrificed to the left-wing revisionist mob, as were iconic trademarks for products hundreds of years old.  Cancelled were The “Cops” TV series after 31 years, “Paw Patrol” kids’ program after 7 years, the “Aunt Jemima” and “Uncle Ben” trademarks, and Netflix pulled the highest grossing film ever, “Gone With the Wind”, all to appease the Marxist mob which was bent on destroying our very culture.

And it did not stop there.  People were “doxed” and fired.  Once reputable newspapers like the New York Times rescinded publication of a factual op-ed piece by a notable political figure.  A call arose from the mob, backed by the democrat politicians and their media accomplices to defund, or even disband the police.  Anarchists razed a police station and occupied a large section of the capitol area of Seattle, to the mewling of the democrat mayor that “maybe we’ll have a summer of love”.  (The “love” didn’t last very long though, because people were soon gunned down in the streets, and there were no police to stop it.)

The rioting, looting, arson and destruction continues, many times being reported by the biased media, to a gullible public, that these are “peaceful” protests by demonstrators exercising their First Amendment Rights.  Even our most gullible types must realize that something is wrong after nearly a month of street and societal violence.

St John’s Episcopal Church, known as “The Church of Presidents”, is on H Street NW in DC, on the periphery of Lafayette Square, a stone’s throw away from the White House.  The church was defaced and burned by the mob at the end of May.  Lafayette Square was cleared of protesters on June 1st, by the National Park Service because of its proximity and potential danger to
the White House, to the shrieks of the mob that it was a “peaceful” First Amendment” protest.  This after burning part of the church the night before.

The so called “peaceful” nature of this incident continues to be represented that way by Wikipedia, which has been edited to reflect the BLM and anarchist view of what happened.  The Wikipedia reference is opposite to what the National Park Service, who cleared Lafayette Square, reports officially.  A look at the bios of some of the Wikipedia editors of this article confirms their leftist bias.

President Trump and a group of his advisors walked to the church from the White House, and Trump made a point of standing in front of the partly burned church with a bible in his hand.  This simple gesture brought out a wave of anti-Trump hatred, vituperative rhetoric and defamation.

On the night of June 22nd, the violent mob again attacked St John’s Church, defaced and tried to pull down a statue of Andrew Jackson, and attempted to set up a Seattle-style “autonomous zone” in Lafayette Park, right next to the White House, with the church as the focus.  “B.H.A.Z” was painted by the mob on the Grecian pillars of the church, standing for “black house autonomous zone”.  A large contingent of D.C. police repelled this latest attempt at insurrection and sedition coached as “peaceful” protest.

And the beat goes on, with nearly all of our major cities and some states, having incumbent democrats in office, that refuse to take action to stop the destructive mobs, and the media continuing to represent the Marxist movement as “peaceful” under the First Amendment.  President Trump on June 23, was in process of making it a federal crime, with stiff penalties, to deface or destroy a federal monument, which at least is a step in the right direction.

Under our Federal system, the mayors and the governors normally need to request the federal government to federalize the National Guard to stop the violence.  The president can override the local authorities and send in federal troops by invoking the Insurrection Act, but this would be a matter of last resort, and literally political suicide for someone as controversial as Trump is, in an election year.  The result could be a demented President Joe Biden, an opportunistic Kamala Harris or Stacey Abrams really running the executive, and “Crazy Nancy” still as speaker.

Federal troops, both in the form of a federalized National Guard, and actual U.S. military troops have been used several times in the past to ameliorate civil situations.  In 1957, at the behest of the mayor of Little Rock, President Eisenhower issued an Executive Order, which put the Arkansas National Guard under federal authority, and sent 1,000 U.S. Army troops from the 101st Airborne Division to Little Rock, to maintain order as Central High School desegregated.
In 1965, Lyndon Johnson federalized the Alabama National Guard over the objections of Arkansas Governor Orville Faubus, to protect Martin Luther King’s third civil rights march from Selma to Montgomery.

One positive result of the original, truly peaceful, First Amendment demonstrations was to point to the continuing disparity of opportunity regarding Black Americans, and the residual bigotry that still exists in some pockets of American society.  It has also highlighted lack of proper police recruiting and training, and police unions that continue to shield and reassign deviant cops.  Hopefully our executive branch and legislature can diminish their hatred and political bickering long enough to pass meaningful rules and laws to mitigate some of these still extant racial issues.

Concerning the Marxist movement and the violence in the streets, and the ridiculous “cancel culture” that they have spawned, the only way that these will be rectified is by application of appropriate police and law enforcement, action.  We certainly should have learned from long historical experience, that appeasing a violent and ruthless mob only serves to further its exploitation.  Unfortunately, the resolve for appropriate action does not seem to exist, either at the local, state, or federal levels.  The current trend is opposite, to emasculate law enforcement.

Victor Davis Hanson has proposed that these movements dissipate when they turn on each other.  Unfortunately, the avowed goal of the neo-Marxists and anarchists is to tear down our civilization, as they did in Venezuela, (and they did it really fast there).  We can only hope that some resolve will develop in our government ranks, to stop this destructive, corrosive malady before it destroys us.  We can hope, and we can vote, and thankfully, our citizens are armed, unlike Venezuela and other countries taken over by left wing, Marxist, totalitarian movements.

More on the Background of “Black Lives Matter”

More on the Background of “Black Lives Matter”

When I see a respected Pew Research study that shows that two-thirds of Americans “express support for the Black Lives Matter movement”, I realize that the leftist cultural revolution that we have been fearing for years, has arrived in our country full force.  After seeing BLM signs, banners and tee-shirts prominently displayed for years, while this group (along with Antifa and anarchist groups), rioted in the streets, burned buildings and cars, destroyed small businesses and beat up and killed anyone that dared oppose them, I now learn that two-thirds of Americans “express support for the Black Lives Matter movement”.

I cannot unsee the continuing recurring acts of violence in our streets under the BLM banner, mostly having nothing to do with black lives, (other than using anecdotal events as a cover), and mostly concerned with anarchic, Marxist, anti-American activity.

How did this obviously violent, neo-Marxist, Soros-funded terrorist group gain the acceptance and backing of two thirds of Americans?  The short answer is the biased media, who have sanitized this corrosive activist movement, and made it appear to be an acceptable American protest group.  A fuller answer perhaps lies in the long continuing exposure of our students to Marxist ideation, which stress the altruistic features of socialism/communism, and not the true civilization-strangling nature of Marxism/Leninism.  The group “Socialist Alternative” is a Marxist/Trotskyite group that aims at American academia.

In researching “Black Lives Matter”, I found it difficult to find any unbiased and truthful information about it.  Even normally accessed reference sources like Google and Wikipedia, had obviously been sanitized to make BLM look like the inheritors of Dr. Martin Luther King’s and Mahatma Gandhi’s peaceful, beneficent, passive resistance social movements.  But the images of burning buildings and cars, and pillaged stores, under the BLM banner, stuck in my mind.

The other end of the scale were the alt-right biased critics, who painted obviously false, reverse-bias images of the BLM group, fueled by white supremacy or worse.  Of course, these needed to be rejected for the same reasons as the sanitized, biased, leftist sources.

I finally found several sources that had done their homework, and had detailed, referenced, evaluations of “Black Lives Matter”.  Several of these were from the right side of the political spectrum, but it was clear that they were not just detractors of the group, - they had done actual research, had gone back to the sources, and had referenced their material.

What these sources found, which supports the BLM signs and the rioting in the streets, is that BLM is no peaceful civil rights group protesting peacefully under the First Amendment for equal justice for black Americans.  “Black Lives Matter” is a neo-Marxist, George Soros funded, domestic terrorist organization.   BLM happily self-identifies as a neo-Marxist movement with various far-left objectives, including defunding the police, dismantling capitalism and the patriarchal system, disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure, seeking reparations from slavery to redistribute wealth and via various offshoot appeals.

Whatever BLM’s propaganda says, and which, incidentally, is eagerly lapped up by CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC, the New York Times and the Washington Post, and now apparently accepted by 67% of Americans, BLM is not a peaceful civil rights group.  It is a Marxist, anti-American, violent hate group that will destroy our American way of life, if allowed.

The research that I found on BLM is voluminous, so I won’t reproduce it.  But I will give references, so if anyone wants to follow up for themselves, the links are here.  The Marxist/Trotskyite “Socialist Alternative” link and sub-links make really interesting reading, as do the two “Lady Liberty” articles by A.P. Dillon about the BLM group itself, and it’s three very well educated, black founders. (Two are lesbian activists, one is the straight daughter of illegal Nigerian immigrants).

Other links are provided for reference.

I’ve been writing about the Marxist revolution taking place in our streets under the auspices of what is represented as an innocuous and valid, civil rights movement, Black Lives Matter.  My conclusions about BLM and Antifa, their sister organization being Marxist is based on writings and oratory by their modern founders and leaders, and some of their history.

This article by Andy McCarthy goes further.  It traces the roots of the current Marxist movements back to the original violent “Black Liberation” and “Weather Underground” of the 1960’s, and their leaders like Bill Ayers, Susan Rosenberg, Joanne Chesimard, (also known as Assata Shakur), Kathy Boudin, and David Gilbert.  McCarthy also tracks how money gets funneled into BLM and Antifa through left wing democrat non-profits.

There is no doubt that these anti-American, Marxist organizations have used the George Floyd murder, the corona virus lockdowns and the associated economic distress of our population, to launch a Marxist/socialist/communist style revolution that they have been fomenting for years.  They have managed to hijack the democrats to accept many of their extreme leftist tenets, like defunding and emasculating the police, destroying American history, culture and heritage, and “doxxing” or cancelling anyone who opposes them.

And all of this is in an environment where senile straw man Joe Biden enjoys a double-digit lead in the polls by smiling like a “nice guy”, and acquiescing to anything the rabid mob comes up with.  Is there any doubt that our country is in serious trouble?

Black Lives Matter (BLM) is an organized movement dedicated to non-violent civil disobedience in protest to alleged incidents of police brutality on Afro-American people.[2] An organization known simply as "Black Lives Matter"[a] exists as a decentralized network with over 30 chapters worldwide, while a larger Black Lives Matter movement exists consisting of various separate like-minded organizations such as Dream Defenders and Assata's Daughters. The broader movement and its related organizations typically advocate against police violence towards black people, as well as for various other policy changes considered to be related to black liberation.[3]

Black Lives Matter (BLM) is a decentralized left-wing[1] American activist movement that campaigns against violence toward black people and seeks to increase blacks' social and political power. It was founded in 2013 by three black lesbians: the daughter of illegal immigrants and legalization proponent Opal Tometi,[2] Patrisse Cullors, and Alicia Garza.[3] Under the BLM banner, protests and propaganda are organized against police killings of black people, and against racial profilingpolice brutality, and racial inequality in the justice system.
The movement is a decentralized network with no formal hierarchy, but influential opinion leaders.[5] BLM considers itself an inclusive movement within the black community, welcoming "Black queer and trans folks, disabled folks, black-undocumented folks, folks with records, women and all Black lives along the gender spectrum."[6]

Black Lives Matter – A Deep Dive

Black Lives Matter – A Deep Dive

A recent respected Pew Research study showed that “two-thirds of U.S. adults say they support the Black Lives Matter movement, with 38% saying they strongly support it.”

I wonder if that support comes from a belief that “Black Lives Matter”, as the name implies, is a responsible civil rights movement, fighting for the rights of (what are claimed as) oppressed black Americans?  I decided to take a “deep dive” to find out exactly what BLM was.

It is not an innocuous, beneficent civil rights movement.  It is a decentralized, neo-Marxist based, George Soros funded, domestic terrorist organization.   BLM happily self-identifies as a neo-Marxist movement with various far-left objectives, including defunding the police, dismantling capitalism and the patriarchal system, disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure, seeking reparations from slavery to redistribute wealth and via various offshoot appeals, to raise money to bail black prisoners awaiting trial. The notion of seizing control of the apportionment of capital, dismantling the frameworks of society, and neutralizing and undermining law enforcement is not just Marxist, but anarchic….”

You won’t read this in the New York Times or the Washington Post, or see it on CNN or the network news channels, all of whom fawn over BLM, Antifa, the anarchists, and any group that hates President Trump as much as they do, and who classify the violent destruction of our cities and our history as “peaceful”.

But it is what it is.  Thankfully there still are enough media outlets who carry the real news – the burning businesses, the defaced and destroyed monuments, the toppled statues – and even worse, the beatings and killings by the mob that are just “swept under the rug” by the BLM cultural revolution.

I’m forever optimistic that the two thirds of Americans supporting the Neo-Marxist terrorist organization Black Lives Matter”, will wake up and see reality.  But I fear that many of our young people have been imbued with socialist ideation to the point that they have forgotten, or perhaps never were taught, that various forms of socialism and communism resulted in the deaths of upwards of 120 million people in the twentieth century.

In the words of Lenin, “the goal of socialism is communism”.  And as we’ve learned countless times before, these corrosive political movements require totalitarianism to sustains them.  Like the totalitarianism being imposed on us right now by movements like BLM, Antifa and the anarchists.

I am so very, very sad for the America that I love.

Pew Research Studies on American Views on Race

Pew Research Studies on American Views on Race

I am really concerned about the two recent Pew Research studies referenced below, that show that upwards of 60% of Americans not only believe that systemic racism continues in our country and that President Trump has made the matter worse, but also that 67% of Americans support the left-wing Black Lives Matter movement. These results are from Pew Research, a non-biased source, so the numbers are credible. A look at Pew’s methodology and sampling confirms this.  Pew conducts their surveys using carefully selected samples that represent all Americans. These results are unbiased.

What these studies show is the extent to which the American public has been convinced, by the opinion generators in the political sphere and media, that the above beliefs are true.  When two-thirds of the country tilts in an obvious, leftist direction, as espoused by Antifa, BLM and other radicals, it is obvious that the constant anti-Trump, leftist propaganda mainstream media bombardment has done its job.  The history of the Civil War and multitudinous civil rights laws, actual current crime and shooting statistics, and other appeals to reason and logic, such as Heather MacDonald’s article also referenced below, fall on deaf ears.

This is obviously a warning, and I’m sure that Trump’s minions are aware.  One might opine that they should not give in to the leftist mob.  But if the American public believes the mob, they have to do something, or we’ll have four years of a demented Joe, with Warren or Kamala as the real president, and “crazy Nancy” as speaker.  (I shudder at even writing this).

Some people say, “let Trump completely open the economy, get everyone back to work, and generate the same prosperity that we had in February, before Covid”.  It may not be that simple, since Covid is still with us.  Also, what we have here with BLM and others, is a cultural and social phenomenon and shift to the left, not strictly an economic one.  Acquiescing that there is still some racial injustice in the country and taking positive steps to rectify it is in order.  Difficult, with this fractious congress, but at least the executive should lead the way to get it done without destroying the pillars of our government.

Corona Virus Numbers

Corona Virus Numbers

What’s happening with the corona virus numbers as of June 19 2020?

The Covid-19 corona virus is still with us, notwithstanding the warm temperatures, the large crowd protests/riots, the opposing media narratives, the Trump rallies, and on and on.  The virus seems to be sporadically mitigated in some places, but it flares up in other places.  It’s an equal opportunity virus.  It does not attack just people of one political stripe.

If I were 30 years old, I would wear a mask when close to other people and socially distance, so that I wouldn’t spread the thing to grandma and grandpa.  But I am grandpa, and as such, I have a target on my back.  If I get the virus, there is a 30% chance that I would die from it.  That doesn’t mean that I’m going to hide in a closet.  It just means that I know the odds, and I need to be more cautious than I’d like.

So far, so good.  I’ve been attending most of the meetings that I normally attend, but with “Zoom” or other teleconferencing software, rather than in person.  It has worked out just fine.  I miss the human interaction, but so does most of the rest of the world.  I’m not going to drink over it, but from what I gather about liquor sales, many other are drinking over it.  AA should burgeon once this is over.  Enough rambling.

I track the numbers daily from the World-o-meter data reported by the New York Times.  I plug this data into my own spreadsheets, and calculate the seven-day rolling averages for the U.S.,
the world, Texas, Dallas and several other areas where I have loved ones.  The World-o-meter data source, and the seven-day rolling average seem to be Dr. Brix’ and Dr. Fauci’s preferred methods of looking at the corona virus data.

All of the following is on a seven-day rolling average basis, as of June 19, 2020.

U.S. cases stayed at about 30,000 from April 7 to May 7, decreased to about 22,000 from May 13-31, and now show a slight uptick to about 24,000.

U.S. deaths peaked at 2,700 on April 17 -23, and have been falling slowly since then, to about 700 now.

World Cases stayed at about 80,000 from April 3 May 3, then rose slowly to about 130,000 in the present.

Worlds deaths peaked at about 7,300 on April 17-23, decreased slowly to about 4,000 on May 25-31, then increased sporadically to about 4,500, to the present time.

Texas cases stayed at about 1,000 from April 10 – May 31.  They have risen sharply since then, to 2,500, and are still increasing.

Texas deaths first peaked at 30 on April 20, then again at 35, on May 1-31, decreased slightly, and has trended upward in June, to about 27.

Dallas County cases stayed at about 100 for all of April.  They increased to the 200-250 range during May.  They have been increasing during June to close to 350 as of today. I’ve not tracked deaths for Dallas County, but they are low. 1 in 8,425 population.

New York State cases went from around 9,000 on April 1-15, and decreased steadily to around 1,000 since then, with “a blip” upward to about 3,000 on June 6-12.

New York State deaths hit a peak of 1,300 on April 15-22, decreased to 200 by May 23, and decreased further to about 50 at present.

Massachusetts cases peaked at about 2,500 on April 23-30, decreased to about 600 on May 31, peaked again to over 1,000 on June 1-10, and have decreased to about 300 since then.

Massachusetts deaths rose to a peak of about 170 on Apr 23-30, decreased to about 70 on May 23-30, jumped to about 90 on June 1-6, and have decreased to about 40 since then.

Internet Bias and Privacy

Internet Bias and Privacy

It is a known fact that continued use of the most common and ubiquitous online internet tools, Google Chrome as a web access page, Google Search as a search engine, and Wikipedia for encyclopedic topic lookup, will invariably guide us toward a leftist view.  This is because the underlying algorithms in Google are designed that way, and common usage has also slanted Wikipedia to the left.

There are alternatives, and I list some below.

From the boiler plate: “The Brave browser is characterized by an unapologetically pathological focus on user privacy. Its primary mechanism for delivering this is something called Brave Shields, which combines traditional tracker-blocking technology, paired with several under-the-hood browser configuration tweaks.”

Duckduckgo - Private Search Engine, in spite of weird name.
Privatizes, and does not track searches, which is Google’s “bread and butter”.

Infogalactic is an online encyclopedia that aimed to be an improved version of Wikipedia. To this end, Infogalactic is a fork of Wikipedia, meaning that its content is derived from a past version of Wikipedia and has diverged from it over time. Infogalactic aspires to avoid the bureaucracy and biases of Wikipedia.

Also, a word about VPN, or virtual Private Networks.  Once quite expensive and used only by corporations, VPN has become cheap and ubiquitous.  From Norton, “A virtual private network (VPN) gives you online privacy and anonymity by creating a private network from a public internet connection. VPNs mask your internet protocol (IP) address so your online actions are virtually untraceable. Most important, VPN services establish secure and encrypted connections.”  Many inexpensive VPN’s are available.  I bought and used VyprVPN to defeat the “The Great Firewall of China”, when I was there in 2015.

There are other techniques, like the Linux based TAILS (The Amnesic Incognito Live System), using both the conventional web and the dark web, use of even more robust encryption technology that ensures completely un-trackable access.  These latter impinge on dubious and sometimes illegal activities, and are better left alone by the average competent user.

But use of Brave, Duckduckgo, Infogalactic and a VPN will ensure effective, relatively unbiased, private and uncommercialized internet access.

RACISM! – The Popular Delusion

RACISM! – The Popular Delusion

The referenced article is by the Associated Press, which is normally pretty balanced about the news is sad to read.  AP have obviously drunk the hysterical, emotional Antifa and BLM koolaid about RACISM!, rather than following the facts.  I repeat the numbers and facts below if anyone is interested in the truth, rather another left-wing narrative.

Notwithstanding what it has become popular to espouse, like this AP article, we are not a racist country, and our police are not rife with anti-black RACISM.  Its amazing how fast the left-wing, BLM narrative has deluded the popular psyche, not only in The U.S., but across much of the world, to the point that AP publishes articles like this.

THE FACTS - Numbers and statistics showing that we are not RACIST! in modern America, fall on completely deaf ears once the false mob narrative is planted and accepted. But these following, are the facts, not emotional rhetoric. This is from Heather MacDonald’s recent op-ed citing shootings by whites and blacks, giving numbers, not a fiery narrative.

I REPEAT -

“In 2019 police officers fatally shot 1,004 people, most of whom were armed or otherwise dangerous. African-Americans were about a quarter of those killed by cops last year (235), a ratio that has remained stable since 2015. That share of black victims is less than what the black crime rate would predict, since police shootings are a function of how often officers encounter armed and violent suspects. In 2018, the latest year for which such data have been published, African-Americans made up 53% of known homicide offenders in the U.S. and commit about 60% of robberies, though they are 13% of the population.

The police fatally shot nine unarmed blacks and 19 unarmed whites in 2019, according to a Washington Post database. In 2018 there were 7,407 black homicide victims. Assuming a comparable number of victims last year, those nine unarmed black victims of police shootings represent 0.1% of all African-Americans killed in 2019. By contrast, a police officer is 18½ times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male is to be killed by a police officer. Again, A POLICE OFFICER IS 18 ½ TIMES MORE LIKELY TO BE KILLED BY A BLACK MALE THAN AN UNARMED BLACK MALE IS TO BE KILLED BY A POLICE OFFICER.

On a recent weekend, 80 Chicagoans were shot in drive-by shootings, 21 fatally, the victims were overwhelmingly black. Police shootings are not the reason that blacks die of homicide at eight times the rate of whites and Hispanics combined; criminal violence is.”

As is common in leftist rhetoric, anecdotal events, such as George Floyd’s appalling death, and several incidents enumerated in this AP article, are treated as endemic, and given the weight of wide spread social ills.  The actual numbers don’t lie, and belie these emotional, anecdotal commentaries, but it seems that a good part our country do not even look at the numbers or the truth, and has subscribed to the false narrative that all Caucasians, and all police are bigots, bent on oppressing our black American citizens.

Apparently, it has also been conveniently forgotten that upwards of 400,000  white Americans died during the Civil War to free the slaves, because “Black Lives Mattered” to them in the 1860’s, and laws have been passed ever since, to ensure equal rights under the law for all Americans, regardless of skin color or ethnicity.

If a segment of our black population feel that they have been marginalized socially or economically, or in any other way, they should look at the root causes, and do something about it in the next election cycle.  Vote out the democrat overlords that have run most of the major cities for much of the past 50 years, and kept black Americans down, with divisive and oppressive “identity politics”.  Stop listening to anti-American groups like Antifa and BLM, and if you don’t like the white side, pay attention to black conservatives, like Ben Carson, Shelby Steele, Tim Scott, Candace Owens, and many others.

Forget Facts - Atrocities Fueled by Emotions

Forget Facts - Atrocities Fueled by Emotions

Is anyone going to put a stop to these profane attacks on our shared history and culture?  Think “Krystal Nacht” in Germany, the “sovietization” of Russia and the “cultural revolution” in China.  We’re not quite there yet, but if left to the “censure and cancel” Nazis, with the approval of democrat city and state administrations and the complicit mainstream media, we soon will be.

Unfortunately, this madness in our country is fueled by emotions and feelings stirred up by left wing groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter, based on one or two anecdotal, but highly disseminated videos of recent white on black police killings.  The anger from seeing these appalling and brutal events has been expertly magnified all out of proportion, by activist led demonstrators in our streets, to imbue the national psyche with accepting that we are a nation of RACISTS!, and our police are particularly RACIST! and oppressive to our black American citizens.

Numbers and statistics showing that this is not at all the case in modern America, fall on completely deaf ears once the false mob narrative is planted and accepted.  But these following,  are the facts, not emotional rhetoric.  This is from Heather MacDonald’s recent op-ed citing shootings by whites and blacks.

This past weekend, 80 Chicagoans were shot in drive-by shootings, 21 fatally, the victims were overwhelmingly black. Police shootings are not the reason that blacks die of homicide at eight times the rate of whites and Hispanics combined; criminal violence is.”

These facts do not matter a whit to the activists in our streets, and also unfortunately, these facts don’t matter to our gullible public who follow these sheepherders and their mainstream media allies.  Feelings and emotions rule, even if they have been manipulated away from the facts.

So, we have violence and rioting in the streets, burning of buildings, defacing and tearing down of statues and national monuments, occupation of a part of a major city, all to the tune of “peaceful protests” by our left-wing media, and incompetent inertia by democrat city and state governments.

There is no “systemic racism” in this country, who have passed myriad laws to ensure equal rights for all Americans. There is some bigotry among our 325 million people, but this frowned upon and slowly dissipating.

The one greatest factor that hampers upward mobility and equal opportunity for minorities in this country are the very city, (and some state), DEMOCRAT administrations that that have run these cities for as many as the past 50 years as political fiefdoms, and used the cancer of identity politics to create separation and dissension from the rest of American society.

This link enumerates the atrocities being perpetrated by the “censure Nazis”.
